Celebelle will get the site designed using a free or paid template, create custom graphics, and assist with copy and SEO. There are a few little caveats. We are designers, not coders. If your site is going to need to be very interactive with the public and super customized, then our DIFY Weebly service may not be for you. Weebly is a robust platform and has partners that offer a number of great app plugins, but without custom coding we can bump into some limitations. We can figure out if your site is a good fit for Weebly when we talk about your needs.
