Social Media and Graphic Design Associate

RE: Social Media and Graphic Design Associate (Reports to Creative Director)
 
FOR: Celebelle, a boutique creative services and administrative support firm in Nashville, TN, is seeking a talented, organized, and detail-oriented graphic designer and/or content media marketing associate for a part-time position to support the Creative Director (with growth to full time as company grows). Celebelle is a woman-owned small business handling the creative and administrative needs of multiple clients in a variety of industries.
 
WHO: The ideal candidate has a creative mind + is an organized systems-oriented thinker. They should be able to both take direction and work independently. This is a great position for someone interested in growing with the company and helping the company grow.
 
WHEN: Starting Immediately | 10-15 hours per week to start | Relatively Flexible Schedule
 
SALARY: $16-$23/hour, depending on experience.
 
LOCATION: Occasional hours in-office (in East Nashville and/or Donelson area); most hours can be worked remotely. (Although remote work is the norm, we still want someone local - or within commuting distance - to us who can meet in person with Directors, the Celebelle team or clients when needed).
 
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Assist with and/or manage social media campaigns and analytics, online ads, on-demand graphic design, and copywriting for clients and firms including scheduling and posting content.
  • Assist with and/or manage graphic design projects.
  • Assist with and/or manage social media advertising.
  • Research, summarize, and bookmark content topics for clients and firm.
  • Run and analyze social media analytics.
  • Catalog and organize stock images.
  • Assist Partners with internal firm business needs including, but not limited to: data entry, website updates, billing, estimating, research, and filing.
  • Help create creative department organizational protocols and systems.
  • Other duties as needed.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
           
  • At least 3 years of business social media marketing experience including, but not limited to: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, et al.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Well-Versed in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) user.
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and InDesign) user + Canva.
  • Extensive knowledge of e-mail marketing tools such as MyEmma, Constant Contact, MeetEdgar, et al.
  • Working knowledge of Drag/Drop WSIWYG editors a plus.
  • Video editing skills a plus.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills to successfully work on multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Note: we are PC users.
